DIY Spider Web Candle Holder

This quick 5-minute craft is sure to add a fun touch to your Halloween decor! With a few supplies that can be found just about anywhere this time of the year, you can create a spider web coved tealight holder. I use mine to add a spooky touch to my bookshelves and vestibule table.

Supplies Needed:

  • Vase or candle holder

  • White yarn

  • Glue gun or glue tape

  • Plastic spider

  • Tea candle

  • Finger Protectors

Steps:

  1. Add a small drop of glue near the rim of the vase and attach the end of the yarn to the glue. I HIGHLY suggest using some finger protectors with working with a hot glue gun. I have burned my fingers so many times with hot glue.

  2. Add another glue dot on the side and wrap the yarn around the vase. Add a dot of glue occasionally to attach the yarn to the vase.

  3. Once the web is created attach the spider with a dab of glue.

  4. Add a tealight and you are done!

I found I had all the supplies needed in my crafting stock but I have found similar items from Amazon below.
